Does this product fit my car?

In order to make sure this head unit your car perfectly, please kindly tell me your car model and produce year, and show the car dashboard to me, then i can confirm whether it can fit.

How long is the shipping time?

If ship by DHL, it usually arrives within 1 week after ship out. If ship by EMS, usually takes about 10-15 days to arrive after ship out.

Does it have taxes duty?

Order price does not include taxes duty. Each country has different import policy, usually there is taxes duty, special for Europe, when the order arrives your country customs, customs worker or shipping company worker will contact you to clear customs. If you don't clear customs in time, parcel will be returned, you will lose product and money. If you have special request, please leave message in your order.

About shipping

2. If you choose ship by DHL,some city will be a remote area for the DHL post company, you need to pay extra 30usd for the remote area fee.

Warranty and Return

All our items are tested 5 times to ensure working properly before shipping, and come with a 24 months Manufacture Warranty. The warranty will not cover damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, and incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual.
